KeyMeAI provides an API gateway that allows developers to access third-party AI language models through a unified interface. We act as an intermediary between you and the underlying AI model providers.

3. API Keys

• You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential.
• Any activity performed using your API key is your responsibility.
• We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Generating illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or spam
• Activities that violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
• Excessive automated requests that degrade service for other users

5. Free Tier

The free tier is provided for evaluation purposes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier with reasonable notice. Free tier usage is subject to rate limits.

6. Payments and Billing

• Paid plans are charged according to the pricing published on our website.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal).
• Token usage is calculated based on the underlying model's tokenizer.
• We do not offer refunds for consumed tokens.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party AI model providers (including but not limited to DeepSeek, ByteDance, and Alibaba Cloud). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party model outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. KeyMeAI shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergencies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification.
